It could be implemented at any time, without changing the current bowl system, lineup, or schedule, and without damaging the most exciting regular season in sports. Other playoff plans require complete overhaul of the entire structure of college football; the Plus-Two Plan preserves traditions while also determining an undisputed national champion.
